It was a relaxing stay. Everything was perfect from the high quality service to the great food. Hotel was neat and the room was non-smoking. All the staff was apologetic. Pool was nice and beds were good.

the hotel met what we needed, i will choose the place for future trips. overall, it's characterful base for exploring charlotte attractions. cable channels, ironing facilities and a work desk in our queen room were realy useful during our stay.
